How to make a return!

Returns must be made within 3 weeks of the order date

 

To make a return, you must follow the below steps.

In the email, state the following.

Name –

Order Number –

Item you want to return –

Reason for return –

 

You will be replied to within 48 hours and provided with a reference, instruction, and the return address.

 

Once the item/s are returned, and they are received, a refund can be issued

Please bear in the mind, that this is not immediate. They have to be processed at the fulfilment centre and logged back into stock. Please keep your postage receipt and tracking info, so we can track this manually to reduce wait time on your return.

 

 

Returns must be unworn and in the original packaging.

A clothing set cannot be returned separately. Ie, A tracksuit top cannot be returned without the bottoms.

We cannot send a replacement – you will be refunded and can then make another order directly on the site.

 

We will not reimburse the cost of sending the return to us.

If you received free postage with your order, this total will be deducted from the refund if the majority of the order is returned.

We do NOT accept returns on any sale/reduced items.

We will NOT refund on any sale/reduced items.

If the order is sent back to us without the correct information and correspondance with us first, we cannot guarantee that you will be refunded.
